Buyer beware!

The code included did not work for my daughter's college course. We called Pearson and talked to 'Diane.' We were told that codes from Amazon would not work because Amazon was not authorized to sell them. What? I was not happy with Pearson, then even more unhappy when I had to pay $48 to Pearson to get a working code.
FYI: Two other codes that we purchased, one from Amazon and one from Neebo.com worked fine. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was none were available, that I could leave my name, and someone would get back to me next week. Again: What??? My daughter needs this for her class? Well, you will need to buy one then. Wait, I did... This went on for awhile until it was just too much to take. I do not deal with incompetence well.
