Good and Interesting Text

I usually have a hard time following secondary history sources, however reading this condensed reader is extremely easy to follow. The information isn't overwhelming and gives you the important details of what happened. One gripe I may have is that it doesn't go too in depth about the grisly details, such as the subjugation the Natives went through by the Spaniard, however it does iterate that it happened. The lectures at my college, along with primary sources, help fill in the rest of the details, so I can easily oversee the skimming over of details. Each section is followed by concise summaries to help define the main points, also it gives timelines which is also helpful! Overall it's an interesting read and I found it excitingly helpful that it was available as an e-book. I forgot to order this book before my classes began and needed it starting the first day so I got immediate delivery to my Kindle! Truly convenient!
